Honey Wine/Mead
Mead is wine made from honey.
It was the first alcoholic drink brewed on the
planet, and has ancient connections between humans,
bees, birds and the divine.
In the Celtic tradition
a river of mead ran through heaven.
Made from water, yeast and honey,
mead can be made sweet or dry. The honey flavor is
dominate and expresses the aroma of flower nectars.
Colors range, though traditionally it is a pale straw
color. Mead produces a serenely lyrical relaxation and
is a perfect enhancement to gatherings, celebrations, or
anytime romance is afoot.
